Experience Requirements:

The overall objective of the job: Under the operational supervision of the Team Manager/Project Manager,
Project Officer-Service Linkage and Protection Officer contributes to the implementation of the mandate and the 10-
year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in the country where s/he is based. The Project Officer-Service Linkage and
Protection Officer contribute to the implementation of his/her project, ensuring optimal quality and impact. S/he
works closely with the programme technical team.

 Staff who are currently working with HI (in or outside the country) and completed at least
12 months irrespective of the project and the location will be eligible as an internal
candidate.
 Staff who had worked with HI previously and successfully ended their contract (despite
contract duration) will consider internal candidates for 3 months from the date of the
successful end of the contract.
 Staff who resigned before the end of the contract period will not consider an internal
candidate but they remain eligible to apply as external candidates for all kinds of new
engagements.
 Internal candidates currently working in a similar position with HI are not encouraged to
apply. Such candidates are advised to follow the procedure defined in the internal
mobility procedure.
