PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PATTY JANE GAMASA BANGAHON, of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, do hereby ACKNOWLEDGE,
CONFIRM, and CONFESS that I am indebted in the amount of
TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (Php10,700.00) to
FRANCESS WENJALYN M. SAKUDDIN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident
of Butuan City, Agusan del Norte;

That it is hereby agreed and stipulated that the foregoing debt shall
be:

1. That the debtor is obliged to pay amounting TEN THOUSAND SEVEN

HUNDRED PESOS (Php10,700.00) on or before August 27, 2022;

2. That the creditor will bring a criminal prosecution against the debtor if
she fails to pay and comply with the stipulated obligations.
