    Validation of 1st Quarter Program Implementation Review

    To: All School Heads


    All School PIR Coordinators
    All others concerned
    1. To ensure that Schools’ Programs and Projects indicated in the SIP/AIP are
    well-implemented in each school, a district validation of Program Implementation
    review will be conducted by the District Quality Management Team on May 24
    and 25, 2023.

    2. District Quality Managemement Team will be composed of the following

    Robert Aaron M. Santos District ICT Coordinator


    Mary Grace S. Racuya - District PIR and SBM Coordinator
    Juanita F. AntoninoDistrict Supervisor.

    3. School PIR Coordinators are requested to prepare Annexes A to D including the MOVs,
    Quality Assurance Forms 1 and 2 and PIR Quarterly Report.

    4. Giving of Token/ Give away is strictly prohibited.

    5. Travel and other expenses will be chargeable to Local School Fund.

    6. Attached herewith are the Itinerary and Monitoring Tool

    6. Immediate dissemination and compliance is directed.
