I believe within all classrooms, student’s diversity should be valued. As a teacher 1 am responsible
for the evaluation of course work and all aspect of the learning process to gauge whether
improvements can be made.

What works?

While Performing the Activity ,pupils are excited and interested to finish their assigned task and
everything went well.

What else need to be done to help the students learn?

Help them to reflect on their own learning and remediate if pupils can’t fully understand the
lessons.
Identify what help your instructional supervisors can provide for you, so when you meet them, you can ask them
relevant questions. Indicate them.
