AFFIDAVIT OF RETENTION

I, ROSALIE L CAPOY of legal age Filipino, married to Alejandro Capoy and

resident of Digos City, Davao del Sur in accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

That I am the same person who caused for the execution of this instrument;

That I possessed and owned a parcel of land known as Lot no.5 containing an area of
Nine hundred fifty four (954) square meters situated in Kiagot Digos City.

That my ownership of this property is evidenced by a “KASULATAN” in the

Barangay of Kiagot executed by Dominador Langres and Leonita Langres dated August
27, 2008.
That aboved-mentioned area is my final retention after I sold and transferred a
portion of Eight hundred ninety five (895) square meters to ELEZAR B. ELECCION.

That I am executed this Affidavit of Retention for the purpose of the applying Tax
Declaration with the Office of the City Assessor of Digos.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I hereby affixed my signature this ____ day of July 2023 at
