DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale is made and entered into by and between:

ARNEL E. DAMONDAMON of legal age, Filipino, married to Leonora

Damondamon and residing in Digos City, Davao del Sur and herein referred to as the
VENDOR: and

VICTORY CHAPEL CHRISTIAN CENTER a private entity and registered with

the securities and Exchange Commission under registration no. CN 200731590 with its
address at Baranggay Zone 1, Poblacion, Digos City, Davao del Sur and hereafter
referred to as the VENDEE

That the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Barangay
Zone 1, Digos City containing an area of Two hundred thirty one (231) square meters
more or less covered by Original Certificate of Title no.________

That for and in consideration of Three hundred Thousand (Php 300,000.00)

pesos, Philippine currency, in hand paid in full by the VENDEE receipt hereof is hereby
acknowledged to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR by these presents the VENDOR
hereby SELL, CEDE and CONVEY to the VENDEE the aboved-described parcel of
land including all improvements founds thereon free from any liens or encumbrances
whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The PARTIES hereby affixed their signatures
