Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, Philippines, possessor, herein in called Vendor, caused her property described as
follow:

Barangay Paligue. Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, Philippines,
which is now more particularly bounded and described E., along line 6-1 by lot 5367-B-3:S.,along line 1-2 by
lot 5367-B-9:W., along live 23 by 1-2-5367-B-1 all of the subdivision plan, N., along line 3-4-5-6 by lot 5367-
A, Cad-275.N,29deg. 59’E.,625.96m.from B.L.L.M. No.131 Cad.275 to corner”1”.N.06 deg.40’E.,231 m. to

1 point of beginning containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY TWO

IN SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING TERMS AD CONDITIONS:

1. That the VENDEE has agreed to the VENDOR that the total purchased of the said portion of _______ square

2. The VENDEE shall pay a first down payment of _______________________________upon execution of
this contract, receipt of which I hereby acknowledge by the VENDRO:

4. That incase of failure to pay any monthly installment,is subject to a FIVE PERCENT (5%) interest/ penalty
from the monthly installment as penalty.
5. Failure of payment of THREE (3) MONTHLY consecutive installments, will results for the
CANCELLATION of this contract without further notice, and FORFEITURE of all payments made by the
VENDEE;
6. Upon full payment of the ramaining balance, the VENDOR shall execute Deed of Adbsolute Sale in favor the
VENDEE or his heirs and assigns;
7. That in case of CANCELLATION/BACKOUT of this agreemnet in any reason, only FIFTY PERCENT
(50%) of total payments made by the VENDEE shall be refunded.
