Dear Sirs,

We hereby inform you that, we have jointly with material inspector taken
the sample from CRBC’s Kality Asphalt Batching Plant, the aggregate comes
from Bole airport quarry which we have already tested, the mix design was
prepared with 85/100 grade bitumen. The wearing course mix design in
CORE Consulting Engineers PLC test result as follows:
