LEARNING ASSESSMENT
ACTIVITY

During the discussion of Purposive Communication with our sir instructor, Henry J.
Abellanosa, the insight that secured me was the importance of having purposive communication
in our daily lives. Purposive communication fosters students' communicative skills while also
increasing our cultural and intercultural awareness through multimodal assignments that allow us
to communicate successfully and respectfully to a multicultural audience in a local or global
environment. It provides us students with skills for critical examination of a range of texts and
emphasizes the power of language and the effect of pictures to underline the significance of
presenting the message properly. Students' knowledge, abilities, and insights gained from this
course can be used in our other academic activities, chosen fields such as nursing practice, and
future employment as we write and produce meaningful oral, written, audiovisual, and/or web-
based output for a variety of reasons.

Also, I would like to emphasize the expected life lesson in this subject, camaraderie. I've
discovered how useful it is to communicate with verbal and nonverbal clues. The spoken
transmission of a message is referred to as verbal communication. We cannot understand the
message if we do not listen. Moreover, I've learned the many methods of communication based on
the situation. One can communicate with oneself. When I think, meditate, or am depressed, I tend
to talk to myself. It aids me in formulating plans, setting objectives, and recognizing opportunities.
Building rapport with people is accomplished through socialization. It is beneficial to be sociable
in positive ways. Furthermore, in the twenty-first century, we encountered numerous faces and
information through technology. Still, we should investigate the legitimacy of internet videos,
photographs, and texts to avoid believing deceptive materials such as false news and fraud.
