Upon verification, GAD started to conduct the Zero Defect Program last Sept.10,

2022 in 885,561 and rebar fabrication area. Second verification will be done on
October 2022 to check the status of the punch item and the continuous
implementation of the program.

Sir,

With regards to GAD Zero Defects Program(ZDP), stated in GAD Project Quality Plan, Sec. 8.2.9
is that:
1.  To complete GAD Builders scope of work and the work of subcontractors with a zero punch
lists at the time of substantial completion of GAD Builders scope of work.
2.  To correct outstanding non-conformances during the course of construction as soon as
possible.

With this, GAD Team especially from QAQC Team is inviting you for a Quality Walkthrough this
coming September 10, Saturday, 9:00 AM - 10 AM, for us to update the site status aside from
our daily inspections. In this way too, we can resolve any issues, if there is any, enable for us to
suffice the site requirement prior to substantial completion of the project.

Note: Start of walkthrough will be at GAD Temfacil.

Area of Walkthrough:  885, 561, 531, 622, 511, 422, 312, 319 Crusher and 411.
