II. SUMMARY:
1. Based on standard building regulations and requirements, it is necessary for the APC
Ibaan warehouse to apply for a building permit. As the general contractor of the project,
ACESER is responsible for providing all the necessary requirements to comply for said
permit.

2. One of the major requirements in obtaining a Building Permit is the Structural and
Electrical analysis.

3. To meet these requirements, ACESER will be engaging with a reliable and experienced
third-party service provide C.A. Beronilla Builders from Brgy Dalig., Antipolo City
Rizal, for the structural and electrical analysis.
4. C.A. Beronilla submitted a proposal for evaluation.

5. In this regard, request signature and approval on the following:

 Proposal from C.A Bernonilla Builders, See Annex A

 Management Memo re release of Fund amounting to P65,000.00 for the service
fee from Engr Beronilla, Annex B
