‫امللخص‪:‬‬
‫تهدف هذً الدراشة إلى بيان أجر إدارة اللودصتية ىلع دودة الخدنات التي تلدنها أكصام التغذىة يف املصتشفيات الخاضة‬
‫األردىية‪ ،‬هاعتهدت الدراشة ىلع امليهخ الوضفي التسليلي نو خالل ردوع البازحان الى البسوث هالدراشات الصابلة ذات العالكة‬
‫بهفهوم إدارة اللودصتية هدودة الخدنات‪ ،‬هبلغ نذتهع الدراشة ‪ 40‬نصتشفى يف نيطلة عهان‪ ،‬كها كانت البازحة بإعتهاد املصر‬
‫الشانل إلختيار العيية‪ ،‬هتألفت هزدة املعاىية ‪ 188‬شخطاى شهلت كل نو ندراء أكصام التغذىة هىوابهم هرؤشاء أكصام املشترىات‬
‫هاألطباء املعالذيو‪ ،‬زيث تم توزىع عليهم اشتباىة خاضة تشتهل ىلع فلرات تعكس نتغيرات الدراشة للوضول الى ىتائخ هذً‬
‫الدراشة‪.‬‬
‫توضلت هذً الدراشة إلى العدىد نو اليتائخ كان نو أههها ان إلدارة اللودصتية بأبعادها (التورىد هالتخزىو هاليلل) تؤجر ىلع دودة‬
‫الخدنات بأبعادها ( دودة الرعاىة الغذائية هدودة خدنات الطعام هدودة التحليف الغذائي)‪ ،‬هدود أجر إلدارة اللودصتية ىلع أبعاد‬
‫املتغير املصتلل كل ىلع زدا‪.‬هيف ضوء هذً اليتائخ أهضت الدراشة الى العدىد نو التوضيات كان نو أههها بزىادة هعي ندىرو‬
‫أكصام التغذىة فيها بأههية نرازل هإتذاهات إدارة اللودصتية باعتبارها نو أهم املفاهيم التي تؤدو الى ىهو هىضخ املصتشفيات‬
‫يف تسصيو نصتوىات دودة االخدنات التي تلدنها اكصام التغذىة‪ ،‬هضرهرة التيصيق فيها بيو هذً األكصام إضافة الى التيصيق‬
‫نع أكصام املشترىات هالتخزىو‪.‬‬

‫‪Impact of logistics Management on the Quality of Services Provided by the Nutrition‬‬

‫‪Departments in Private Jordanian Hospitals‬‬
‫‪This study aimed to measure the impact of logistics management on the quality services of nutrition sections in the‬‬
‫‪Jordanian private hospitals at Amman Capital ,Jordan, The study used the descriptive analytical methodology approach‬‬
‫‪to deal with classifying and analyzing data through developing a questionnaire, to collect data from the study sample‬‬
‫‪and analyze it through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS.v22) .the study population was (40) hospitals in‬‬
‫‪Amman capital; while the sampling unit consists of (188) workers for different sections (Directors of nutrition sections,‬‬
‫‪assistance directors, Heads of Purchasing and Physician).‬‬
‫‪The results showed that logistics management impact the Quality of nutritional services of nutrition sections at‬‬
‫‪hospitals, based on these results the study recommended to increase the awareness of nutrition department managers‬‬
‫‪about the vital of the process and trends of logistics management so as to enhance the service quality of nutrition‬‬
‫‪sections.‬‬
