-This Memorandum is issued to inform all attendees of the 2022 District Research Congress
which held on November 4, 2022 at district MODEM center.

. The District Research Committee and the identified reactors/panelists shall select the Top 3
awardees for oral presentation and the top 3 for poster presentation per group. In as much as
there are numerous research papers on the research theme of Teaching and Learning (T&L),
the grouping is by subject area/area of concentration. However, for other research themes like
Governance, Human Resource and Development, and the cross-cutting theme like Disaster
Risk Reduction Management, the awards will be based on themes.
. It is reiterated that all participants shall be in business or corporate attire during the said event.
