Do you enjoy watching and listening to the
story?

Who among you here, gets angry?

Sometimes we feel this when things don’t go
our way, right? Everyone may get angry, but
you shouldn’t let your anger stay. When you
feel it, choose the way to make your anger
away.

When you feel annoyed or angry and can’t

talk or play with others. Remember some

I breathe deeply to keep anger away!

the past!

Crab’s way
I exercise or go for a hike.
First squats! Give me ten! Then run, skip and
jump! Do it again!

Hedgehog fish’ way

It’s better with hands, I have to say.
That’s not all I have one more way!
I count my spines from tail to head, you can
count your finger instead.

“Bye-bye- anger"
