- to purchase moving-up/graduation supplies/items that will be use during the school ceremonial rites.

(7) OVERVIEW/RATIONALE:
Moving-Up/Graduation Ceremony celebrates student's achievements and this school year, 7 pupils will graduate from
Poloan Elementary School. Graduation is a much loved event on the school calendar which is well attended by pupils,
teachers, parents and other member of the local communities.

Every year the school holds recognition rites/moving-up ceremonies to formally recognize the outstanding performance
and achievement of learners in academics, leadership, special awards and other aspects of students' development.

The purpose of this Graduation Ceremony is to celebrate pupils' who have successfully met the academic and
extracurricular requirements for graduation. The ceremony provides a public venue in which graduating students receive their
diplomas, marking their official graduation from elementary. This Graduation Ceremony is anchored with the Deped Order
no.9 s. 2023. Recognizing learners' achievement in their chosen endeavor will uplift their moral and they will strive hard to
attain excellence.

(12) REPORTING AND EVALUATION:
The School Head will be the one in-charge of facilitating the implementation of this project .Prior to its implementation,
the PSDS will review this proposal. Proper inspection by persons in-charge shall be conducted before, during and after the
implementation of the project. The bookkeeper assigned to oversee the fiscal management of the school will review the
liquidation report before it will be posted.
