Beginner Activation Checklist

● Download your affiliation certificate here and place it on notice boards around your
premises and website (if applicable).
● Download one of the Social Media announcement templates here and share it on your
Social Media channels and WhatsApp broadcast lists. Use this website to convert the PDF
download to an image file.
● Create and send a newsletter to your existing parent base announcing the partnership
with CambriLearn, and how it will benefit them. If you require our assistance with the
written copy or execution of this, please let your Education Consultant know.
● Add a CambriLearn Partner logo from this folder to your website and email signature.
CambriLearn is to occupy a prominent position on your Website, Social Media pages and
Email Signature.
● Request your affiliate landing page here.
● Once created, share the link to your landing page on your Social Media channels and
WhatsApp broadcast lists.

Advanced Activation Checklist

The purpose of the Advanced Activation checklist is to provide schools and centres with
guidelines, tools and content to help the market their businesses more effectively.

● Send out a monthly, or bi-monthly, newsletter (we’ll provide resources to get the partners
started) which will include valuable information, as well as promotional content.
● Set up quarterly webinars / parent evenings / parent days with your CambriLearn
Education consultant to discuss the latest trends in education.
● Host an Open Day (appropriate to your seasonal intake) and request collateral designs
from the CambriLearn Marketing Support team.
● Your Social Media pages should have monthly posts. You should do regular paid and
targeted advertising on your Social Media platform/s of choice.
● You should attend local expos or study fairs in your area to generate interest in your
business and your Affiliation with CambriLearn.
● You should appoint someone within your business to serve as a CambriLearn advisor. This
person should be fully trained on the platform and in the education space in order to
provide consultation to prospective parents and students, and to enrol them with
CambriLearn.
● Complete the CambriLearn Social Media training course, and take your marketing efforts
to the next level.
