6.3kV SWITCHGEAR BUSBAR

1.0 Objective:

Objective of this document is to have a written down procedure for the commissioning
related activities for 6.3 kV Switchgear Bus bar including bus VT.

2.0 Methodology:

Broadly the methodology of the commissioning is as below:

 Checking the completeness of the erection of the equipment and accessories.

 Checking the completeness of terminations of the power and control cables as
per the engineering drawings and ensuring its continuity checks.
 Conducting the pre-commissioning checks of the switchgear bus bar and
associated equipment and checklists (attached) are signed off.

3.0 Acceptance Criteria.

 6.3 kV Switchgear Bus bar has been commissioned in compliance with checks
and tests mentioned in the above attachments.
 6.3 kV Switchgear Bus bar operating parameters are within the acceptable
range.

4.0 Attachments:

Following documents, attached with this document, may be referred for conducting the
pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for 6.3kV Switchgear bus bar:
