Excerpts from the minutes of the special session of the Barangay council of Malabang, Hagonoy,
Davao del Sur held on May 9, 2009 at the barangay hall.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF

BARANGAY TOLOGAN , HAGONOY, DAVAO DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, presented to the body for deliberation is the Comprehensive Barangay Development
Plan of Malabang, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, the body recognizes the importance of the plan which will guide the destiny of
Malabang thereon;

WHEREAS, the plan is the product of combined efforts to all concerned sectors in the barangay,
with the assistance of the Municipal Planning Team;

WHEREFORE, after further deliberation and manifestation on the matter, on motion of Kagawad
Jose T. Tampipi as seconded by Kagawad Elizabeth S. Babor , IT WAS;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve Comprehensive Barangay Development Plan of

Barangay Malabang, Hagonoy, DAvao del Sur.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies hereof be furnished to the Office of the Barangay Development
Council , the Office of the Mayor and all other agencies concerned for their information
and appropriate action.
