1. With an increasing number of people eating fast food, which if eating too regularly can
cause health issues, some people think that the only solution is ban it completely. To what
extent do you agree?

It is a common belief that takeaway food should be forbidden because it is not

healthy. From my experience. I partially agree with the statement for several reasons.
There are many reasons why jumk should be food banned as it can cause food
poisoning and addiction. Firstly, there are many preservatives and fats, so it is easy to
cause poisoning. Poisoning causes abdominal pain and vomiting. Secondly, fast food
has a lot of spices that cause cravings which make everyone feel hungry spices are
not good for health.
On the other hand, there are numerous advantages that should not be overlooked.
First of all, fast food doesn't take too much time to process, is convenient, and can be
eaten, worked, and studied at the same time. Some busy people don't have much
time to cook, so quick dishes are very time-saving and suitable for busy people.
Furthermore, on the market, there are many delicious fast foods for you to choose
 from. Fast food is a combination of many rich ingredients, so it has created many
attractive flavors and is suitable for everyone's taste.
To sum up, I somewhat believe that fast food is not healthy, but it also has its
advantages. It depends on people's taste and health to decide whether fast food
should be banned or not.
