Project Summary

Sauce & Spoon is a local restaurant chain specializing in scratch-to-table cuisine and
committed to partnering with local farmers and suppliers

The purpose of this project is rolling out tabletop menu tablets to assist customers
with quick, easy ordering options.

Project Goals

● Cut food waste by 25% by the end of Q2 by reducing returns of food


● Cut return of food by 25% by the end of Q2 by implementation of the tablets
● Reduce table turn time by 30 minutes by the end of Q2 by taking orders with
the tablets
● Increase daily guest counts by 10% by the end of Q2 by reducing the table turn
time
● Increase appetizer sales by 15% by the end of Q2 by suggesting appetizers
and providing coupons
● Improve of the kitchen staff satisfaction by the end of Q4 measuring that at
least 80% percent of the crew remains working assuring them less amount of
work by cutting returns of food and waste by 25%
