MINUTES OF HRPTA MEETING

DATE: FEBRUARY 17, 2023

PROCEEDINGS:

1. Meeting was called to order at 2:00PM by the Classroom PTA President, Roy
A.Mabalos.

2. The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer and singing of
National Anthem all through audio- visual presentation. The statement of
purpose and welcome remarks was then delivered the Homeroom PTA
President, Mr.Roy A. Mabalos. The roll call was then made by Mr. Bobby

Bañado, HRPTA Secretary to check who attended the meeting.

MEETING PROPER:

1. Students’ attendance is monitored and there were a number of students who

were marked absent during the last month’s attendance. Tardiness and
 cutting of classes is checked due to some reports of students going
somewhere instead of going to school.
2. Transferees who were not able to submit credentials are reminded to submit
any time possible.
3. The “Gulayan sa Paaralan” is discussed to parents especially to parents who
are 4Ps beneficiaries. There will be allotted area for the parents of each grade
level that will be used for the gulayan sa paaralan. They will bring
seeds/seedlings to start with.
4. The parents’ HRPTA Project has been realized. Two (2) orbit fan was
purchased to be used inside the classroom.
5. Distribution of gradeslips for the said Quarter and communicated to parents
and guardian what they’re child needs to do and what they lack in each
subject.
6. Also, parents are reminded for the GPTA Contribution that was dissiminated
during the SPTA Meeting.
7. OPEN FORUM
8. All in all, the parents pledged to support and cooperate with the school
authorities in realizing the aforesaid agenda.
