    Dear ma’am/sir,

    I sent this letter to inform you about my nephew’s Love Joy M. De Leon of BS
    PSYCHOLOGY 1-YB-6 for being absent in class for three consecutive day (March 15-17). Actually,
    due to the death of my stepfather Mitsuyoshi Suzuki. This happened so suddenly that I did not have
    time to inform you and my family was also in shocked, so we also did not think of it. I am hoping for
    your kind consideration in giving a chance to my nephew to take all missed activities and exams for
    the day she was absent. Thank You.
