Actual Event
I took some pictures and videos so we can post it on our Facebook page the before, during, and
after the event. I also helped in making the students find their own seats before the event starts.
Post Event
My team compiled all the pictures and post it on our Facebook Page and created a caption.
MAJOR EVENT
Pre-Event
In the preparation of the event, I helped in making script for the hosts, starting from the opening
script until closing script.
Actual Event
I was part of the usherettes, and I helped in organizing the event arc before the program starts.
And as a documentation committee, I also took some pictures to input in the event souvenir. I
helped in packing the lunch of the panelists and after the lunch, we clean the tables and fold all
the tablecloth. I also become a runner and bought bags that are needed for the packed lunch of
the panelists.
Post Event
We are assigned to make a program souvenir, so I contributed in designing, editing, and putting
needed information and pictures. I also contributed in making caption for our Facebook posts.
