Dear Sir,

I’m writing this letter to report a case of misplaced luggage.

I travelled from India to Germany in flight no 9876 last week. However, on my arrival I was unable to
find my luggage which has been lost in flight. Complained the same with crew members and registered
the complaint with airport authorities as well.

Since this was a business trip, there were lot of important documents are there in my suitcase pertaining
to my business agreements and these are so confidential documents. All the identifications of my missed
suitcase have been detailed in the previous complaints for your ease reference.

I understand that there can be unexpected delays, but this delay was unreasonably long. I received no
response from the airline after filed a missing baggage report a week bag. Please do let me know what is
the current status of my baggage and how and when should I receive that. Request you to also share if
you need any other details from me or anything I can possibly do to receive my luggage at the earliest.
