Roles and Responsibilities:
● Should be well versed with IT requirements ● Must have good experience to search for candidates through BOOLEAN strings/JOB Portals ● Should possess sales acumen ● Hands on experience on any ATS ● Requirement analysis and Full Life Cycle of Recruitment ● Searching and screening resumes as per the requirement on jobs boards like Naukri, Indeed, and Monster. ● Job posting on various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. ● Coordination with candidates on daily basis and Interaction & understanding of business requirements to source the right talent through different sources like head hunting social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc ● Scheduling potential candidates for various rounds of interviews (Telephonic/MS Team/Zoom/WebEx) ● Following up with the candidates with the updates of the interview, confirmation of the date of joining, and keeping the clients informed on the same. ● Excellent Communication skills ● Excellent Analytical, Written, Verbal and Logical skills ● Hands on work experience on Contract & C2H (Contract to Hire) position ● Target oriented person
