Objectives

4. To provide updates to the barangays governments, the

legal issues they faced in their day to day operations as
regards implementation of projects, Katarungang
Pambarangay Law and implementation of national laws
among others
5. To be acquainted with the municipal, provincial and the
1st and 2nd districts’ congressional plan of action for the
years 2022-2025 and beyond
6. To provide inputs and updates on the forthcoming
Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections
7. To give due recognition to outstanding barangay officials
who have rendered exemplary public service

Participants

The participants to the activity are the following;

1. Punong Barangay
2. 7 Regular Sangguniang Barangay Members, SK Chairperson
3. Sangguniang Barangay Secretary
4. Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer

Venue and Duration

The activity will be conducted in one single batch, venue will

be in Boracay Island, Caticlan, April 16-18, 2023.

Budgetary Requirements

The amount of nineteen thousand eight hundred pesos (Php

19,800.00) per pax, is required as registration fee for the activity
which will cover meals and accommodation expenses of participants,
convention kit and other necessary expenses in the conduct of the
activity, to be taken from the Barangay and SK budgets.

A post activity report shall be prepared by the Chapter Secretary,

five (5) days after the conclusion of the activity.
