‫در این راستا‪ ،‬در سال ‪ 1363‬شرکت صنعتی امید فنر به عنوان قدیمی ترین عضو گروه شرکتهای امید تأسیس گردید‪.‬‬

‫ما برآن شدیم تا با پرورش نیروی انسانی کار آمد‪ ،‬سرمایه گذاری گسترده و برخورداری از فن آوری روز‪ ،‬بجای واردات کاال و صادرات منابع‬
‫خام‪ ،‬تولید را در اولویت قرارداده و به سهم خود نقشی برجسته‪ ،‬در پویایی صنعت کشور ایفا نماییم ‪.‬‬

‫یکی از دغدغه های اصلی شرکت امید فنر تأمین مواد اولیه مورد نظر و قطع واردات آن بود ‪.‬‬

‫که پس از انجام تحقیقات گوناگون و با سرمایه گذاری باال سرانجام در سال ‪ 1385‬شرکت آلیاژ فنر امید تأسیس گردید ‪ .‬تا انواع مفتول های‬
‫آلیاژی فنری برای اولین بار در ایران تولید گردد ‪ .‬در ادامه این راه نیز مفتول های استنلس استیل در حالی در مدار تولید آلیاژ فنر امید قرار‬
‫گرفت که تا آن مقطع نیاز کشور صرفاً از طریق واردات تأمین میشد ‪.‬‬

‫امروزه شرکتهای امید فنر و آلیاژ فنر امید به عنوان دوبال اصلی تولیدی گروه‪ ،‬با تولید انواع فنرهای خاص‪:‬‬

‫فنر کششی ‪ ،‬فنر فشاری و فرمینگ ‪ ،‬و نیز انواع مفتول های آلیاژی و استنلس استیل به جایگاه غیر قابل انکار در تأمین نیازهای صنایع خودرو‬
‫سازی ‪ ،‬پزشکی ‪ ،‬و بهداشتی ‪ ،‬نفت و گاز ‪ ،‬لوازم خانگی ‪ ،‬نساجی و کشاورزی ‪ ،‬دست یافتند ‪.‬‬

‫عالوه بر این شرکت امید فوالد هیراد در سال ‪ 1394‬با هدف واردات و توزیع انواع مفتول های فوالدی و نیز اقالم یدکی سیستم تعلیق و جلو‬
‫بندی انواع خودرو تأسیس گردید‪.‬‬

‫‪ 6:44‬تا ‪7:00‬‬

‫ودر ادامه مسیر توسعه گروه ‪ ،‬شرکت امید سپهر پاسارگاد در سال ‪ 1400‬تأسیس و به تولید دستگاههای تصفیه آب همت گمارد‪.‬‬

‫‪ 7:04‬تا ‪7:11‬‬

‫سرانجام نیز جدیدترین عضو گروه ‪ ،‬شرکت نویان طب مهر امید ‪ ،‬در زمینه تأمین و تولید ایمپلنتهای دندانی در سال ‪ 1401‬آغاز به کار نمود‪.‬‬

‫عالوه بر فعالیتهای تجاری و صنعتی ‪ ،‬گروه شرکتهای امید در راستای تحقق مسئولیت اجتماعی خویش موسسه خیریه فروغ اندیشه غدیر را با‬
‫هدف کمک به بهبود و توسعه فرصتهای کارآفرینی بنیان نهاد ‪.‬‬

In this regard, Omid Fanar Industrial Company was established in 1984 as the oldest member of Omid
group.
We decided to prioritize production instead of importing goods and exporting raw materials by
cultivating efficient human resources, extensive investment and having modern technology and play a
prominent role in the dynamics of the country's industry.

One of the main concerns of Omid Fanar company was to supply the desired raw materials and stop
importing them. Aliaj Fanar Omid Company was finally established in 2005 to produce all kinds of spring
alloy wires for the first time in Iran. In the continuation of this path, stainless steel wires were included in
the production circuit of Aliaj Fanar Omid company which up to that point, the country's needs were met
only through imports.
Today, Omid Fanar and Aliaj Fanar Omid companies are the two main production pillars of the group
with the production of special springs such as:

Tension spring, compression spring and forming, as well as all kinds of alloy and stainless-steel wires
achieved an undeniable position in meeting the needs of the automotive, medical, health, oil and gas,
household appliances, textile and agriculture industries.
Modern production lines and modern technology,
Equipped and reference laboratories,
knowledge management,
Proper planning and reliable supply of required raw materials,

Sustainable production and supply of products in suitable packages for customers,

Empowerment of human resources and team work is one of the fundamental principles of each member
company of Omid Group.

In addition, Omid Foulad Hirad Company was established in 2014 with the aim of importing and
distributing all kinds of steel wires, as well as spare parts for suspension systems of all types of cars.

Continuing the development path of the group, Omid Sepehr Pasargad company was established in 2021
and devoted itself to the production of water purification devices.

Finally, the newest member of the group, Noyan Teb Mehr Omid Company, started working in the field
of supplying and producing dental implants in 2022.

In addition to commercial and industrial activities, Omid Companies group, in line with its social
responsibility, founded Forough Andishe Ghadir Charity with the aim of helping to improve and develop
entrepreneurial opportunities.
