    The first classroom observation was carried out effectively with assistance from the school principal. The teacher received positive feedback and suggestions for improvement.     Topic: Use compound and complex sentences to show cause and effect
    and problem-solution relationship of ideas

    The first classroom observation was carried out effectively with the assistance of our school's
    principal, Ma'am Monina B. Reyes. I was pleased with the feedback I received, from the comments to her
    suggestions. Since this is my first time being observed as a newly hired teacher, feedback matters. She
    emphasized the other subjects I have integrated, which was good, and to add more HOTS questions. I had
    also a problem with time management. I was also told to improve my PowerPoint presentation by enlarging
    the font size to make it more visible. This helps me to be more motivated for the next classroom observation
    to not just me but also exceeds her expectations. I realized my strengths and weaknesses in the field of
    teaching, and I am fortunate because I was given the chance to become better in the next demonstration
    teaching.
