 WALK THRU DISCUSSION WITH MANILA WATER POINT PERSON:

1. The slab must be demolished, mud disposal by the contractor

2. Slope protection included on the contractor

3. Drainage to retain and steel grating (if any)

4. Activities until 5PM only

5. No work activities every Sunday

6. Barrier / Temporary Fence - 10 meter high

7. Barrier / Temporary Fence must be sturdy that last up to 2 years

8. Demolition of Barrier / Temporary Fence by contractor

9. Must conduct test pit for verification of bottom slab thickness

10. Inlet valve permanently open

11. Gradual sloping along residential area

12. No Barracks inside, Warehouse man and Security Guard allowed to stay inside

13. Queries must be sent thru email

14. Extension of submission of queries will be announced thru email as per Mr. Fabrigar

15. Walk thru inspection finished exactly 10:45 AM
