must have:

3. Related the importance of Instructional Framework for Fitness
Education in PE through an essay.
4. Illustrated the framework of the various curriculum models.
5. Cited examples of different curriculums implemented in primary,
secondary, and tertiary education through a vlog.

Introduction
This module provides an understanding of the
Physical Education Teacher Education Curriculum. Physical
education teachers, commonly known as P.E. Teachers, are
responsible for the education of primary and secondary school
students in physical activity and psychomotor learning. The
physical education class was once a little more than an organized
recess; however physical education teachers now engage
students in much more than game play. Recent developments
have steered the physical education curriculum towards the goal
of overall wellness and teachers now incorporate health and
nutrition topics into their classes.

Physical Education is taught in many different forms and
structures. Various curriculum models are used in instruction, including
Movement Education, Sport Education, and Fitness Education. Instructional
Framework for Fitness Education in Physical Education includes: Technique-
needed to perform a variety of moderate to vigorous physical activities;
Knowledge-demonstrate understanding of fitness, concepts, principles,
strategies, and individual differences needed to participate and maintain a
health-enhancing level of fitness; Physical Activity-participate regularly in
