    Dear Ma’am/ Sir,

    Good Day, We would like to request from your good office to allow us to manually pay the
    confirmation and doc stamp due to efps error that we have reported 3 weeks ago. We have been
    coordinating with several BIR offices and taken several steps such as change the email address
    for a reset link, checked spam but was not successful as we are still unable to login via efps.
