PE MIDTERM PROJECT

7 October 2023

I walked for about 2 kilometers straight to find a place that sells a modelling clay. I can’t
find any for my midterm project near our house so I decided to hunt for it before I start freaking
out about the deadline, not to mention that my backlogs are piling up on my plate and I can’t
deal with any further add-on school work as of that moment.

My mobile data got consumed when I’m on my way back so I panicked a little thinking
that it would affect my record but I was glad that it didn’t, which is why I would like to appreciate
Pacer’s performance specifically for that case for keeping its job even without requiring mobile
data.

8 October 2023
The next day, I intentionally went outside for a short walk with my cousin early in the
morning as a form of minimal exercise. We talked about bunch of stuffs while I’m leading the
way and ended up eating in McDonald’s since we both have no breakfast yet.

In total, I attained almost 5 km in two days. I continued doing that way.

9 October 2023

I tried to walk on my way to school the next day to gain more kilometers and had able to
accumulate 2km along the way. It was at that moment when I started seeing things in a different
manner, which was such a rare occurrence for a considerable factor.

10 October 2023
I got a flu the next day and I had to go home early from that’s why I could not fulfill my
plan of walking once again. It was so bad, what I’m feeling, which affected my overall
performance to the following days.

11 October 2023

This is an image of me casually holding my lifeless frame and trying to maintain my goal
of reaching 15 kilometers within seven straight days. I looked well in the camera, right? That’s
because I tried my best to be decent in spite of feeling sick.

12 October 2023
Thursday, I had to make absences to give myself time to rest. I was completely stressed
during this moment since it’s our midterm exam week, I hadn’t got a chance to review, and I’m
skipping my class schedule to somehow get a sense of rest. Good thing, my professors let me
have my exam scheduled some other time.

13 October 2023

The next day, I’m still feeling sick but not as worse as yesterday and the other day. I was
reeling through our house all the time just to gain some kilometers even a bit distracted by the
midterm exam. Later that day, I went to school to pass my modeling clay project and to have an
exam for that subject, I was feeling better each passing days.

ASSESSMENT

I had a great experience doing this walking and tracking thing throughout the week,
especially during the midterm week when I was simultaneously having a sickness from flu. I
have so many stuff to think of as the days are passing by and this activity made me divert my
attention from those stressful things that are abnormally occupying the each corners of my
mind, which in my opinion is beneficial in the long run. That being said, I think there’s one thing
that I realized upon going through the process, and that would be the fact that simple and
minimal exercises like this is probably the most efficient way to stay active since it requires little
to no effort which makes it sustainable and/or maintainable, a primary reason why an individual
could simply do it almost every day.
In addition to that, this activity also helped me shed some light to things that are hiding in
my mind for a long time that even I did not know were existing until then.
