Visual Management

Visual Management is a way to visually communicate expectations,


performance, standards and warnings in a way that requires little or no prior
training to interpret. It displays status of workplace at a glance.
Purpose is to:
- Improve the effectiveness of communication and reaction.

- It displays workplace status and performance information, communicate standards and work
instructions.

- It make problems and abnormalities as apparent as possible and show identity and directions.

- All key information in the workplace is immediately understandable.
