Role Manager - Operations (Minerals)

Job Purpose Managing the trading operations functions for the Mineral trading business.

Key Responsibilities  Responsible for managing Sourcing Trade Operation of Imported
Coal
 Preparation of Execution of supplier side of Contracts
 Ensure Back to Back contracting and highlight gaps, if any for all
CIF transactions across markets
 Owner of supply side contracting for Non Indo coal, need to ensure
business confirmation terms reflect in the contract
 Ensuring execution of finalized trade as per terms finalized – at the
supplier end for the business
 Managing the entire chain of operations, including contracting,
chartering from supplier
 ensure close monitoring – new upcoming shipments; stock on
ground; timely information sharing and escalation; working closely
with finance for mark-to-market reporting
 Ensuring performance of the operations functionalities against the
SLAs. Reviewing and improving internal processes towards
execution excellence
 Work with business ERP for execution of operations
 Managing business operational risks proactively and efficiently for
optimal business operations

Educational • Post Graduate / MBA

Qualifications
Desired Profile 8-10 years of Post qualification relevant experience

Must have • Domain expertise (operations, documentation)
