TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

A. LINE AND GRADE

All property and building lines shall be established by a duly licensed Geodetic Engineer
B. STRUCTURAL
1.0 Footing Excavation:
All reinforced concrete footings shall rest on a stable soil condition with 4” thick grouted gravel bed properly
compacted but shall in no case have a depth lesser tat 1.00 meter.
2.0 Concrete Design Mix:
2.01 Footings- 3,000 psi @ 28 days, G-1 or class A (1:2:4)
2.02 Wall Footings/Tie Beams – 2,000 psi @ 28 days, ¾” Crushed Gravel
2.03 Slab-on-fill/grade – 2,500 psi @ 28 days, G-1
2.04 Columns – 3,000 psi @ 28 days, 3/4” Crushed Gravel
3.0 Steel Reinforcements:
3.01 16 mm diameter and above – Grade 40.
3.02 12 mm diameter and smaller – Grade 33.
4.0 Roof Framing: shall be referred to the plan
5.0 Machine Block 4” CHB for all walls
C. ARCHITECTURAL
1.0 Floor Finishes:
All areas inside the building shall be Ceramic Tiles finish.,
2.0 Walls and Other Surfaces:
2.01 Unless specified in the plan, all interior walls shall be painted with semi-gloss
BOYSEN or WELCOAT paints off-white or as specified by the owner
2.02 Wooden Surfaces such as doors and jams shall be painted with QDE BOYSEN, D/B or WELCOAT
paints with any color that may be specified by the owner
3.0 Ceiling:
All ceilings shall be ¼” thick Marine Plywood painted with Flat Wall paints.
4.0 Roof coverings shall be long-span, pre painted roofing sheets.
5.0 Doors and Windows shall be referred to the plan.
D. PLUMBING WORKS
1.0 All solid & liquid waste lines shall be Atlanta series 600 or any approved equivalent.
2.0 All waters lines shall be G.I. pipes schedule 40 or any approved equivalent.
3.0 All plumbing fixtures shall be American standard or HCG.
4.0 Kitchen sink shall be Solid Surface by WSL or NIC.
5.0 Floor drains shall be 6”x6” stainless.
E. ELECTRICAL WORKS:
1.0 Wires & Cables – PHILPLEX or any approved brand
2.0 Boxes shall be PVC or any approved brand.
3.0 Conduits – Electrical PVC Pipes of any approved equivalent.
4.0 Switches and Outlets – National, Koten, Clipsal or any approved brand
5.0 Light outlets – G.E., Firefly, Omni or Philips
6.0 Panel Boards/Circuit Breakers – G.E. or WESTINGHOUSE
F. MECHANICAL WORKS: All works herein shall be done by an experienced personels.

G. All others shall be referred to the plan.
