Résumé :
Ce projet est une étude d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation et commercial
(RDC+6) qui sera implanté à Alger, cette région est classée dans la zone III.
La résistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assurée par
un système portique contreventé par des voiles.
Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont
été établis conformément aux règlements algériens en vigueur (CBA93 et RPA99 version
2003).
L’étude sismique a été menée suivant la méthode numérique basée sur la méthode
des éléments finis moyennant le logiciel « ROBOT 2014 ».
En dernier lieu, nous avons étudié l’infrastructure en calculant les fondations.

Abstract :
This project is a study of a building for office purpose (ground+6 stories), will
be implanted at ALGER city; this region is classified in the zone of high seismicity III
The resistance of the structure elements to the horizontal and vertical loads is
insured by a frame system with shear walls.
The measurements and the design of reinforcement of all resistant elements were
done according to the Algerian Standards (CBA 93; RPA 99 version 2003).
The seismic study has been realized according to the numerical method (finite
elements method) using the program « ROBOT 2014 ».
Finally, we have studied the infrastructure by calculating the foundations.
