a. The role of communication in an organization is to facilitate how the
organization will work. Because it requires a teamwork effort, proper
communication is essential and carries a heavier load.
2. What are some important considerations in communicating with other people in an
organization?
a. One should consider that not everyone has the same sense of humor or
understanding, so the sender of the message should communicate in a way
that is easy to understand by everyone receiving.

1. What would you say to Ron?


a. I would tell Ron to be more mindful of how his actions are affecting the
people around him and to take responsibility for it.
2. How would you respond to Ron to address the situation?
a. I would first be patient and understanding of his circumstances, but the
fact that it became a recurring situation and that it was an important
project, I would call him out on his disrespectful behavior to make him be
aware of his actions and then gather everyone to help finish the project in
time.
