    Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties

    Purpose:
    Gain general understanding on the needs and expectations that organization has to include in its compliance obligations.

    Scope:
    Stake holders of the site

    Responsibility:
    Site Head

    Procedure:
    - Make a list of internal and external parties relevant to QMS, EFfCI GMP, EMS and OH&SMS. Mention their
    expressed or potential expectations.
    - Determine which of the needs that are relevant to QMS, EMS, OH&SMS and organization has to comply with.
    Include them in a list of compliance obligation
    - Plan compliance to the obligations coming from the needs of stakeholders. Update the information in the prescribed
    form.
