ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON
BRIGADA ESWELA 2023

The school is an institution which is responsible in molding learners into a responsible

individual in the society. This is where one is crafted into a better person, who will be an emblem
of the kind of learning center where he/she was raised, The multifarious concern of school
demands working with others to accomplish designed tasks and objectives. These would need
dedicated school personnel, cooperative parents, accountable community and innovative
learners.
Educators believe that environment plays a big part in students’ learning. And so, if the
school and the classrooms are not conducive to learning because of poor condition and some
defective school facilities, education is hindered. As per DepEd Order # 21 s. 2023, Re:
Guidelines on the Implementation of Brigada Eskwela 2023 on August 14-19,2023, and as part
of School’s Maintenance Week in preparation of the opening of the classes, our school had
planned and conducted an orientation with the teachers and stakeholders before the
implementation days.

As the Brigada Eskwela coordinator in the Senior High School Department, As the Brigada
Eskwela coordinator in the Senior High School Department, I am tasked to be the Chairman on
the Program Implementation. During the implementation of Brigada Eskwela, we encountered a few
challenges, including limited resources and the need for efficient organization. To overcome these
challenges:Leveraged community resources by partnering with local businesses and organizations
for donations of paint and cleaning supplies, implemented a well-structured volunteer
management system to ensure tasks were assigned effectively and completed on time and
emphasized the importance of teamwork and community involvement to motivate volunteers and
stakeholders.I am tasked to be the Chairman on the Program Implementation. I am tasked to
distribute the Deed of Donations and Acceptance as well as the letter of invitation to stakeholders
as part of building the partnership and support system for their voluntary services on the
activity. We made schedule of activities and the parent volunteers had their scheduled days to
participate in the activities like, cleaning, pruning of tree branches, repainting, repair and
maintenance of school facilities and structures, gardening/landscaping and some other activities.

NGOs who voluntarily rendered services and donations. Indeed, it is true that we can succeed
best and quickest by helping our school to succeed. The Bayanihan efforts contributed much in
the success of the implementation of this year’s Brigada Eskwela Program of the Department of
