When the product is sold in packs, the quantity
in packs should be converted into number of
pieces
The pieces should be taken from different packs
according to below rule:
• All colors, sizes, countries must be covered
• < 3-pack: check 1 pc/ pack
• 4 – 6-pack: check 2 pcs/ pack
• 7 – 10-pack: check 3 pcs/ pack
• > 10 pack: check 5pcs/ pack

will monitor the carton fill rate at all times by using a
“Carton fill rate power bi report”, and feedback will be
