VI. RATIONALE:

The decision to conduct a Learning and Action Cell (LAC) session for teachers focused on
the creation of interactive PowerPoint lessons is rooted in the recognition of the evolving
educational landscape and the need for innovative teaching methodologies. Embracing
technology as a powerful tool in the classroom, the rationale behind this session is to equip
educators with the skills to design engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse
learning styles. Interactive PowerPoint presentations go beyond traditional lecture-style
delivery, offering opportunities for active student participation, immediate feedback, and
dynamic content delivery. By fostering a collaborative learning environment through this LAC
session, teachers will be better equipped to harness the potential of technology, ensuring
that their lessons not only impart knowledge but also inspire curiosity and critical thinking
among students. Ultimately, the rationale for this session lies in empowering educators to
adapt and thrive in the digital era, enhancing the overall learning experience for students and
fostering a more dynamic and effective teaching approach.

VII. OBJECTIVE/S:
At the end of this activity, the participants should be able:
a. acquire proficiency in designing interactive PowerPoint lessons.
b. develop the ability to adapt their lesson plans to incorporate interactive PowerPoint
elements that cater to diverse learning styles and promote active student
engagement.
c. gain the skills necessary to seamlessly integrate technology into their teaching
methodologies, particularly through the effective use of interactive PowerPoint
presentations.

XII. Monitoring and Evaluation:

Monitoring and evaluation is an essential component of every activity. The committee


will ensure the smooth implementation of the training. The outcome determines the possible
solutions and recommendations that will improve the delivery of instructions to the learner.
After the training is completed, a narrative report and documentation will be submitted to the
District Office as mode of verification.
