STANDARD OPERATION (SOP 018-09)

Title: 3D-PRINTING PROCEDURE ON S-MAX MACHINE- MEASURING THE STRENGTH OF PRINTED ITEMS
METHOD: Test the strength of printed items by testing test bars
MATERIALS REQUIRED: Test bars and PFG universal strength machine. EQUIPMENT: Simpson- SUSM06
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: safety goggles, safety shoe and face mask
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: REGULAR SAFTEY PRECAUTIONS

Safety Instruction:
1. Before starting the job, always be aware of the safety instructions.
2. Employees shall be worn the safty PPE such as googles, gloves, helmet & safety shoes while perfoming all the below activites.
3. Safty check points to be verified by the machine operator prior to operating the machine as per DOC 011-05(Operation Maintenance Check list)
and filled.

1.) Enter Job box details such as 2.) Clean the test bars using smooth 3.) Take dimensions of test bars (length, 4.) take the weight of test bars (Kg)
customer name, part description, brush width 1 and width 2) (mm)
project name & etc., in DOC S 018-01.
Each job box produces 3 test bars to
test X, Y & Z direction

5.) Placing the test bar on the designed 6.) Turn the machine ON 7.) Press black button toward left side to 8.) Take the reading from the analog

9.) Record test value in DOC S 018-02.

The above procedure shall be followed
for remaining test bars
