Project Summary
To deploy and roll-out self-service tabletop tablet menus at all Sauce & Spoon
locations (pilot launch at North & Downtown), reducing customer waiting times and
increasing revenue.
Project Goals.
● Launch a pilot rollout of the tabletop menu tablets at the North and Downtown
locations
● Increasing product mix, specifically appetizer sales (Average +15% in North,
+20% in Downtown), by June.
● Reducing table turn times by 30 minutes by June.
● Reduced food wastage from incorrect orders by 100% by June
● Increase customer satisfaction with food orders up to 90% by June
● Raise average check totals from $65 to £75 by June
● Increase kitchen staff by 2, by June
