Pamagat: Komunikasyong Teknikal (Filipino sa Piling Larangan – Teknikal Bokasyunal)

Dahil sa malaking epekto ng pandemya sa ekonomiya, marami sa mga negosyo ang

nagsara. Kung kaya’t ang pagtatayo ng panibagong negosyo ay walang kasiguraduhan.Bilang
isang negosyante, gusto mong magtayo ng isang fastfood business, dahil naniniwala ka na
magandang mamuhunan sa negosyo na pagkain, ngunit dahil sa kakulangan sa puhunan at
mga kagamitan upang masimulan ang negosyong ito, kailangan na makanap ka muna ng
maaaring makasosyo at tatayong partner mo. Upang maisakatuparan ang iyong plano,
kailangan na bumuo ka ng isang business proposal at SWOT analysis na maipapakita ang mga
positibo at negatibong maaaring mangyari kung mamumuhunan sila sa iyong naiisip na
negosyo.

PAMANTAYAN

A. Ang bawat isang mag-aaral ay inaasahang makabuo o makagawa ng isa sa mga

sumusunod na gawain/Performance Tasks:
1. Panukala sa pagbuo ng negosyo (Business Proposal) naglalaman ng pagsusuri na
SWOT.
B. Ang Performance Task ay inaasahang nakasusunod sa mga sumusunod na pamantayan:
1. Ito ay naglalaman ng teksto na binubuo ng 200 - 300 salita.
2. Ang gawain na ito ay mamarkahan sa sumusunod na pamantayan;
a. Organisasyon at pagkakabuo ng nilalaman na teksto;
b. Ang nilalaman ng teksto ay nakasusunod sa pangkalahatang tema at nakakasusunod
sa itinalagang bilang ng salita;

PERFORMANCE TASK #1
First Quarter

Title: Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (Commercial Cooking)

Since the pandemic has been affecting the economy, some of the business have been
foreclosed. Therefore, building a new one is rather risky. As an entrepreneur you would like to
build a new fast food business and food is a good investment, but since you do not have
enough resources and capital to fund and build the business by yourself, you need an investor
that will serve as your partner. In order to do so, you are required to create a business proposal
that includes; proposed product, and SWOT analysis, to show the pros and cons of your
proposed business venture to your prospect investor in order to get funds.

STANDARDS

A. Each student is expected to complete or performa one of the following tasks/Performance
