Annual Mela 2024

The annual mela is an opportunity for females (students, mothers and teachers) to participate in activities
of their choice. Please note the following details and guidelines:

Day / Date: Saturday 24th February, 2024 (InshaAllah)


Timings: 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Entrance Fee (Females): Rs. 100/-
(NOTE: Free Entry for Stall owner + 1 and Children below 5)
(Boys above 8 are not allowed and will be sent back)
Entrance Fee (Students): Free on showing Valid School ID card. (Without Valid ID Card Rs. 50/-)

Guidelines:
1. The event is exclusively for ladies. However, boys from Nursery - Class 2 are welcome to attend.
2. Stalls will be on sale for Rs. 4,000/- each. Stall owners will be provided with three tables (including
cover and frills) and three chairs.
3. Stall Application Form shall be available at the reception. Payment should be made at the reception
not later than 19th February 2024, along with a list of all requirements for the stall.
4. Please note that the timings for stall Registration is 8:00 am - 9:30 am and 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
(Monday through Friday). Please ensure that you bring the exact amount.
5. Stalls will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis for edible items, games, etc. In order to promote
maximum participation at the event, we need to regulate the number and category of stalls. You are
requested to clearly indicate the item(s) you propose to set up on the stall on the Stall Application
Form.
6. You may choose to offer any game/ activity /food etc., of your choice provided it conforms to the
school values.
7. Card games, dice games, fizzy drinks, lotteries, music and movies are not allowed.
8. Please note that Mehndi and Face Painting (rules apply) stalls will be housed separately and will not
be along with other items.
9. Gas cooking will NOT be allowed under any circumstances. The provision of electricity (upto a
specified wattage) will be available at an extra charge of Rs.2,000/- (per stall). Please specify details
on the attached form.
10. Stall owners are required to reach school by 2:00 pm at the latest on the day of the event, in order
to set up their stalls.
11. All other matters/queries that arise will be decided by the school on a case to case basis.
