through poor coordination between procurement, human resource allocation and material
availability. * Ensured all orders were fully attended to with specific attention to the agreed
upon timelines with the customers and participated in reviewing of the necessary gerber files at
the development level before approval of the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) production. *
Coordinated the assembly, programming and the testing of CTO PLCs ( Programmable Logic
circuits) and reconfigured both VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and DFDs (Direct Frequency
Drives) as may have been required for appropriate production controls/needs.
