Nothing can be said, except thank to Allah SWT who has given us some mercies and guidance’s
so we can be in a good condition. Sholawat and salam may praise to our beloved prophet as the
last prophet, Muhammad SAW the prophet who isreally loved by Allah and has guided us to
choose the best choice of the way life namely Islam.

In this occassion, I am .... from MTs N 1 Wonogiri would lke to deliver a speech entitled being
independent, being the champion and well known internationally.

Hi everyone, life has given me a huge chance and noble gift because I can study in
MATSAGIRI. Why? Have you ever heard our school motto? Yes, that’s being independent,
being the champion and well known internationally. You know what? Coincidentally that’s also
my goal.

Well, as I sleep on it, how do we do to achieve that goal? There are several ways which will help
us to reach that goal. In my perspective, the most important is having a good attitude.

Nowadays, so many students lack of attitude towards their teacher, parents and their elder. That’s
why having a good manner comes first rather than our excellent achievements. Manner needs to
be practice and build constantly. Therefore, we must nurture as early as possible starts from their
core family. The continue to our school and the society.

First thing first we must try to be independent. Independent is an act which tell us to do things on
our own. Starts from small things into the bigger and meaningful one. Such as tidying up our bed
once we get up. Until deciding what we can and what we can not do. Then we could learn and
adapt to our surroundings.
When it becomes our habit, we can think everything thoroughly. What comes to your mind when
you heard a champion? Is that someone with good or many achievements? Or perhaps someone
rich who can be a champion?

None, to me, being a champion is not only winning the competition but also overcoming
yourself. Well, as a youth, we are also responsible for our own future. Therefore we have to be
more optimistic in doing everything to get the best result we can offer to our parents, our nations
moreover to ourselves.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Ir. Soekarno our first President, once said “Give me ten youth, then I will shake the world”. In
this case, youth can be the front guard in maintaining and keeping our culture heritage. With all
our talents and creativity, youth can enrich the culture we have. Therefore, the main thing should
be done is youth should be educated well with good characters.

My friends ladies and gentlemen. I think that’s all of my speech. I do apologize for some
