Dear Parents,

In an effort to enhance communication with you and to save your time in submitting
complaints, suggestions, and following up on their resolution, the school administration
has made improvements to the Coligo program. This enhancement now includes a
feature for complaints and suggestions to ensure that they reach all responsible
parties at the school simultaneously. This will facilitate the resolution of issues and
the implementation of positive, applicable suggestions for the benefit of our students.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to watch the video carefully, which explains how to submit
any complaints or suggestions so that they can easily reach all school officials.

For further inquiries or questions, another meeting will be held with class
representatives on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at 12:30 PM with the IT team and a
representative from Coligo to explain how to use this program.
