MESSAGE

The vision that Development Plans starts from the bottom that makes the barangay, a potent vehicle for the
national development. We believe that whatever development efforts undertaken in the barangay, will be considered
as a significant leap towards development of the national scale.

Looking into the past the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Manueva has sought for the promotion of self-
reliance and upliftment of Socio-Economic of the Kabataan as a major development trust. With the cooperative
endeavour of the Barangay Government and constituents we have, as a community addressed the needs by
attaining specific label of achievements towards development. We have affected tangible chance in the barangay as
a result of the realization of the thrust.

This development plan will show the performance of the Barangay Manueva for the past years and years to
come. It shows the achievement as manifested of the will of the government to govern and willingness of the
residents to be governed. We proud to say that inspire of the meagre resources, we are able to achieve our targets
whose moral, spiritual, social, and economic implication is beyond measure.

In attaining our goals, we are not alone in our endeavour we have the backing in our
Barangay,Municipal,Provincial officials and we have the support of the good- heart- felt thanks for the technical
assistance of the DILG. To them we give our heart-felt thanks for their untiring and lead us towards progress. For
these we offer our dedication to good public service.
