    1. How does protein relate to biochemistry?

    - Why is it related to biochemistry? Because biochemistry is a study of chemical processes that are present
    in living organisms we have 4 chemical processes called biomolecules which are the carbohydrates, lipids , nucleic acids
    and lastly the proteins that help to function for growth and development for our body.

    2. Why is it essential to apply protein biochemistry?

    - It is essential because it gives us knowledge about how proteins function and why it is important to our
    body especially to those who work building their muscle, and why bodybuilders take in more proteins than carbohydrates
    because they are different functions or benefits to our body. Proteins help to build and repair our muscles and bone to
    create hormones and enzymes.
